Paulette Binion, President
Paulette, the owner and president of The Binion Group, has been a medical transcriptionist since 1983. She also has experience in medical office management, bookkeeping, and policy and procedure manual development. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Texas-Permian Basin and is the founding member of the Bayou Chapter Medical Managers, a subchapter of Louisiana Medical Group Management Association. Paulette also serves as the Executive Secretary for the Louisiana Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. She lived in south Louisiana for 23 years, but moved to the mountains of southeast New Mexico in 2018 to fulfill a lifelong dream.

Betsy joined The Binion Group in 2009. She has a degree in music education and taught for two years before becoming a transcriptionist. Family time is important which makes working for The Binion Group an easy way to earn money and have family time. She and her husband, Mike, have two sons and a cat with a personality that just won't quit. In her spare time, she enjoys reading.
Kathy (kg05)
Kathy started with Binion Group in June 2011. She had previously worked for TPSD for 30 years as Office Manager in the Special Education Office/Secretary to the Supervisor of SPED. She finds medical transcription interesting and especially enjoys the freedom of being able to work at home. She has 1 child, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Her hobbies include playing internet games, doing research projects, cooking, and reading Dean Koontz and Nora Roberts novels.

Julie has been with BG since 2009. She is married with three children and one grandson. She has an Associate's Degree in Office Information Systems and worked for 22 years at a local hospital, 15 of which as a Certified Tumor Registrar. She now enjoys staying home doing two things she enjoys most: medical transcription and taking care of her two youngest children.
Jamie (jb09)
Jamie has been with the Binion Group since 2007 as a medical transcriptionist. In addition, she has 10+ years experience in office management as well as EMS billing & coding, and also has worked as an EMT for her local ambulance district for 22+ years. She loves the flexibility of working for BG and enjoys being involved in all aspects of the medical field. She is married to the love of her life, and together they have three daughters. Her hobbies include cooking and working on landscaping and gardening projects around her home. Above all else, her greatest passion is making memories with family.
